Jetty and Cemetery Monument from Printable Scenery

A couple of things from the 3D-printer, painted at last.
The jetties are from the WinterdaleDocks pack and works excellently with my harbour. I will print out an assortment of these in different configurations. These took around 7 hours to print and used 310 to 360 inches of filament. The stairs took two hours and used 70 inches.

The monument is from the Cemetery pack and took my printer about five hours to print and used around 200 inches of filament (costing about €0.4).
Layer thickness 200 microns and low fill density for all pieces.

Zombicide: Black Plague wave 2

Got a box just before a trip to the summer place, the last stuff from the Zombicide: Black Death kickstarter. Did a fast unboxing and here it is, a bit late. I let the pictures speak for themselves, and will just say that I will really enjoy painting these and game with them.
I didn’t finish painting all the minis from wave 1 before this came along, but managed 10 more zombies. Just a few more and the basic game is all finished.

I really look forward to start painting more characters.

I got another big box delivered the other day, Wave 2 from the Mercs: Recon kickstarter. More rules and minis. When will it end?

Something that doesn't seem to end are the hits on this blog. It's usually around 8-10K a month, but last month it jumped up to 35K. That would be fun if those extra hits were actual people, but it seems to be bots. Really annoying and continuing.
Anyway, they say they originate from the US, uses Macs with Chrome... Sigh. I just wonder why.

Welcome new Google+ follower Bacon Fat with Baconfat Log, a blog on this and that in miniatures. Check it out!

Also a warm welcome to Herman van Kradenburg with blogs Aircraft Nut and Wargames Obsession and Trouble in the Border Provinces, all worth a look!

A trip to Arsenalen – The Swedish Tank Museum - Part 4 Foreign Vehicles

We end this four-part look at the Arsenalen tank museum with a look at the foreign vehicles on display.
The earlier parts:
Part 1 - AFVs in Swedish use, WWII and before
Part 2 - AFVs in Swedish use, post WWII
Part 3 - Softskins and guns in Swedish use
A German Pz. I. Let's say it's not very big...
The Soviet T 37 light amphibious tank is about as small.  This one was captured by a Finnish soldier on the Salla front in 1939 and gifted to the Swedish voluteers fighting in Finland in 1940. It is one of only two surviving examples.
It must have been cramped...
Gun Motor Carriage M16
T-34-85
Sherman Firefly M4A4. This is one of four bought after the war for evaluation

An SdKfz 131, Marder II. This one was bought in 1946 for evaluation but was in a sorry state and refurbished  much later for this exhibit.
Kübelwagen
Carrier
Hetzer
It's not a large tank...
Hetzer and Goliath
T-72M1 with wading equipment.
A T-55 cut open
M113
That's it.
I probably missed a couple of vehicles, but that is a good reason for you to visit this excellent museum.
