Conan – Belit’s Guards and core box finished

Here are the final minis from the core box – Belit’s Guards. I rushed them somewhat, as we plan to have a game of Conan tonight at the club and I really wanted everything painted by then.
That means that the core box is finished. What a great feeling!
The big question now is which game is next – Bloodrage (already started), Mythic Battles: Pantheon or The World of SMOG: Rise of Moloch (that I got a shipping notice on yesterday).

  2. Well done, pride in a job completed is a good thing, so in my humble opinion I would finish off the Bloodrage project before starting anything else.

    1. I lean towards that, also - but I will probably paint this and that from the other boxes also :-)

    1. We won! We're the best!
... or maybe it just showed that Koen (the LOSER!) haven't played before.

    2. Well, you had not played before when you won as the overlord and neither had David so it's obvious that Koen is a LOSER in this case.

  4. Brilliant stuff Joakim! Are you going to attempt the daunting task of switching everyone to clear bases?

    1. Thanks, Ivor!
Just home from a great game at the club. We (the heroes) just managed to ecape in the nick of time.
In Conan the rank and file are usually divided into troops of varying size, identified by coloured rings around the bases, and my clear bases are just a tiny bit too small and said rings fall off. So I let all non-individuals have rather neutral bases that blend into the boards, hence the dark grey on these.
